About the director
Meir Kluwgant is the founder and director of EM Es care. With over 26 years’ experience in the Aged Care Sector, and having held numerous senior executive and board positions he witnessed first-hand the difficulties people experience when transitioning into residential aged care.
After completing an Executive MBA with distinction at Monash University in 2015, Meir decided to go it alone and offer a unique professional concierge service to the ageing community and their families.
He is passionate about helping people and EM Es care is the realisation of his dream to provide support and the benefit of his experience to the people who need it most.
Meir has an extensive network within the aged care sector and a deep knowledge and understanding of the complexities involved.

The Advisory Board
